Steven Clark has practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning, employment and contracts since commencing his legal career in 1997. He earned his B.A. Degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of Idaho. Upon being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, Mr. Clark worked as a solo practitioner in Fayetteville, North Carolina, assisting families and individuals with achieving their estate planning goals. In 2000, he joined the firm of Booth, Harrington, Johns & Toman in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he worked primarily in the areas of estate planning and small business. Mr. Clark joined Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC in 2002. Since then, he has drafted or reviewed over 7,000 wills and related estate planning documents. He also continues to assist employers and employees alike in the areas of employment law and contracts.
Mr. Clark conducts estate planning seminars throughout North Carolina and has authored an article on Family Limited Partnerships that was published online. He was a recipient of the Pre-Paid Legal Services Members’ Choice Award for outstanding service in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
