Harry Hancock joined Merritt, Webb, Wilson, & Caruso, PLLC in 2020. He received his BA degree in History from West Virginia University & Institute of Technology in 1989 and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1991. He received an LL.M. in tax law from Case Western Reserve University in 1994. Mr. Hancock is a member of the South Carolina Bar, and is admitted to practice before the Federal District of South Carolina. Mr. Hancock previously held positions with the New Jersey Treasury, South Carolina Department of Revenue and the Florida Department of Revenue.
