Jeremy D. Uselton

Jeremy D. Uselton joined Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC in 2026. Jeremy is a Tennessee attorney and graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. After law school, he worked in legal technology, training and evaluating artificial intelligence systems used for legal research and analysis. His legal experience also includes work with the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic, where he assisted clients with a variety of legal matters and gained early experience working directly with people facing real-world legal problems.

Jeremy currently serves as a lawyer consultant with Merritt Webb, where he advises clients on a wide range of legal questions and helps them understand their rights, responsibilities, and available options. His work requires him to quickly learn the details of unfamiliar legal issues, research applicable law, and translate complicated legal concepts into practical guidance. Jeremy particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of his work and the variety that comes with handling a different legal question every day.
