Carson R. Martin

Carson Martin is a native North Carolinian whose focus is in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury, in addition to working in various other types of civil litigation. He is passionate about helping clients to find justice and peace of mind through the practice of law.

Prior to attending law school, Carson was a Petty Officer in the United States Navy, working as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate on the Sikorsky H-60 Sea-Hawk Helicopter.  After leaving the service, Carson returned to his home state to attend East Carolina University in order to finish a degree in Art History, which he completed with top marks in 2014. In 2017, Carson graduated from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he was the president and a charter member of the International Law Society and a contributing writer for the Campbell Law Observer. While attending law school, Carson also earned an Advanced Certificate of the Study of International Business Law from the University of Reading in England.

Carson is a prior member in charge of recruiting for the Privacy and Data Security Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association, as well as working with the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Carson followed in the footsteps of his father, mother, and grandfather in joining the legal profession. He is a member of the second generation of his family to practice in North Carolina and the third generation to practice in the South since 1949.
