Richard Klein joined Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC in 2015. He received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Bob Jones University in 2000 and his M.S. in Criminal Justice from University of Cincinnati in 2002. After serving in the U.S. Air Force for 6 years as a Security Forces flight commander and a navigator on the RC-135, Mr. Klein attended University of North Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2012. Prior to joining Merritt Webb, Mr. Klein worked at Legal Aid where he assisted attorneys in the pre-litigation process covering such areas as family law, consumer protection, and housing law and also represented clients in unemployment benefits hearings. Mr. Klein also volunteered his services handling cases for claimants in social security disability hearings on behalf of the Charles Hall Law Firm.
In his spare time, Mr. Klein enjoys working out at the gym, traveling, attending movies and sporting events, and playing with his 3 chihuahuas.
